Listed below are our company’s purpose, mission, vision and values statements. We invite you to read and reflect upon them before you submit your resume for any current openings or for potential future openings. We know that they only way we’ll continue our evolutionary journey is by attracting outstanding people who find our Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values professionally and personally exciting and relevant. If that is you, then by all means continue with our process for submitting your resume. If you have already explored our career site and did not see any current openings for which you are qualified and interested, feel free to submit your resume to one of our “evergreen” job descriptions. These descriptions are in career areas where we anticipate our talent needs to be the greatest as the economy recovers and Terex resumes the development and growth path we have been on for the last several years.
After you have submitted your resume the following steps will occur:
- Within 5 business days of submitting your resume you’ll receive an email from the Global Talent Acquisition team confirming our receipt of your resume.
- Within 30 business days you will be notified via email if your resume will be maintained in our database or deleted (determined by you meeting our basic qualifications as specified on the job description and your answers to our pre-qualifying questions).
- Within 60 days of submitting your resume, candidates who have met the basic qualifications as specified on the “evergreen job description” can expect to be contacted via telephone or email by a member of the our Global Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experiences, qualifications and career interests.
- Within 90 days of submitting your resume, a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team will contact you via email or telephone to ask if you want us to keep your resume in our database until the end of the calendar year or have it deleted from our database. Once a candidate’s resume is deleted he/she can resubmit it, but all resumes will be deleted from our database at the end of each calendar year.
- As jobs open across Terex that appear to fit your qualifications you will receive an email from the Global Talent Acquisition team informing you of the opening and suggesting you apply on-line. However, any candidate periodically checking our career site for current openings can and should apply directly for new openings for which they believe they are qualified.
Search firms, job aggregators, research firms and any other vendor who provides resumes in exchange for fees are prohibited from submitting resumes to any of these “evergreen job descriptions.” Terex will not accept or consider any resumes from any vendor or firm which would obligate us to pay a fee if we hire candidates who are engaged through this process.
